Affordability

This senior's community provides all of the comforts of home at an affordable price. One bedroom rents will start in the upper $500's and two bedroom rents will start in the lower $600 dollar range.

Seniors in good overall health often would like freedom from home ownership and other responsibilities of living on their own. They would like to have resources and support available when required. The companionship of living in a community which has planned activities with others in similar circumstances is priceless for many seniors.

Wesleyan Place is scheduled to begin construction in November 2006.
